Mahmoud Darwish holds a holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Major Accounting – English section From Alexandria University, Egypt (2007). He has eight years’ diversified experience in the fields of Finance and Accounting – including 2 years’ experience in the Auditing field.

Mahmoud acts as a focal point between Al-Faisal Holding Company W.L.L. & Stenden University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands.

In addition, Mahmoud monitors compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards and company procedures.

Mahmoud also establishes, maintains and coordinates the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures. He handles all the financial related matters of SUQ.

Finally, he prepares the monthly/periodic financial reports that compare actual and budget results and presents them to the management.
