Mrs. Khadija Ibtihaj is the Head of Industry & Alumni Liaison and Lecturer at Al Rayyan International University College (ARIU) in partnership with University of Derby. Mrs. Ibtihaj lectures in both Hospitality and Tourism Management studies at the university She is the Industry Liaison between the university and the organizations inside and outside Qatar, creating cooperation partnerships between the university and various industries. Mrs. Ibtihaj coordinates keynote speeches and Guest Lectures delivered by high Calibers from different Industries, Khadija is the Alumni Liaison in-charge of the Alumni affairs. Throughout her vast long experience in hospitality- exceeding 25 years, she conducts short courses in various subjects related to Hospitality.

Prior to joining the university, Mrs. Ibtihaj occupied various managerial hospitality positions in Qatar, UAE, and Morocco. She joined major chain hotels from inception, establishing hospitality departments and creating processes, recruiting, and training employees. Mrs. Ibtihaj managed and developed businesses and employees.
