1.   COURSE OVERVIEW

The workshop will be delivered over two half-day sessions, each three hours in duration. There shall be a gap of two weeks between the first and second sessions. At the end of the first session, the participants will be handed a workbook that they would be asked to complete before the second session. In addition to lectures and participant discussions, the trainer will use a combination of experiential learning tools and exercises.

• Explore effective conflict resolution steps, and understand individual conflict styles.
