Mahmoud Darwish holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Major Accounting – English section From Alexandria University, Egypt (2007) in addition to MBA Global with a pathway in Hospitality Management from the University of Derby. He has 16 years of diversified experience in the fields of Finance and Accounting – including 2 years of experience in the Auditing field.
Mahmoud also establishes, maintains, and coordinates the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures including providing the management with the periodic and required reports. He handles all the finance-related matters of ARIU.
In addition, Mahmoud monitors compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards and company procedures.
