1.   COURSE OVERVIEW

The program will provide you with a comprehensive knowledge of the management functions, budgeting for operations and evaluating the front office operations. This course covers various elements of effective front office management, paying particular attention to the planning and evaluation of front office operations and to human resources management. Front office procedures and management are placed within the context of the overall operation of a hotel. This workshop uses a mixture of instructor input, group discussion and individual exercises.

2.   WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

The ideal participants should be operating within the Front Office Operations of a hotel at a supervisory role (team leaders or assistant managers).
