1.   COURSE OVERVIEW

In order to achieve high guest satisfaction, a well-trained concierge is needed. This course provides the participants the needed knowledge for the position. Also, one of the main focuses of this course is the development of concierge and behavioural skills. The course is scheduled for 3 days (8 hours/day) – intensive training.

All hotel concierges who would like to develop new skills or to sharpen the ones already existing. Also, hotel employees wanting to become a concierge.
